Have something in mind, but the platform you’re using isn’t quite allowing you to do it?

The accordion you’ve used as a menu won’t close when you click on it, you want a fancy background animation, or you want your text to animate off the page. Or something completely different, unique to your site.

This is important to you because you want your website to be unique and to function the way you intended. But despite googling and trying, you can’t quite figure out how to do it.

Hi, I’m Tuva

I’m a software developer with 6+ years of experience and a Master’s degree in Interaction Design. I’ve spent years honing my skills and learning exactly how the web works.

I know a lot of different languagues and can find my way around any platform. My expertise is with Wordpress and Squarespace, and writing HTML, CSS and Javascript.

I also know more complex languages like React and .NET, but most of the time your website won’t need this.

How does it work?

1 - Intro Meeting

If we haven’t worked together before, we’ll jump on a call just so I can understand what you want. I’ll give you an indication of how big the job is.

I’ll get to work. Coding projects are hourly based, but if you’re worried about the price exceeding your budget, we can put a cap on when I stop working.

2 - Code

3 - Handover

I’ll send you an invoice for the work. If I have access to your site I’ll implement the code change directly. Regardless, I’ll send you all code neccesary and a video explaining where I put everything.

Hourly rate: 60 EUR*.

*Norwegian customers: Hourly rate 700 NOK + VAT

FAQs

  • With custom code, I won’t know for sure until I start coding how long it is going to take, but I’ll normally have an idea. If you’re worried about it going over your budget, I can set a time limit for how long I work on it, and give you the best possible solution in the time given.

  • This depends on my availability and the issue you’re having. A small fix can take as little as an hour, but bigger things will take longer. If you want it done by a certain date, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

  • Some things are actually just not possible. But, I’ll always do my very best to give you a solution. I’ll also make sure the code I use is available on most big browsers. If I can’t find the exact way you want, I’ll let you know and we’ll work on finding a compromise.
